This is difficult at first because it requires mental concentration, but this is the secret of Vinyasa Yoga; it teaches you to synchronise your mind with your body through the breath. The Asanas (poses) help to gradually change the respiratory pattern over time, helping us to connect with the innate energy and strength that reside within the body.
