MAT Pilates: How is it done?
It is performed on the floor, on a mat. There is no need for extra machinery. MAT Pilates exercises are focused on the core muscles, trunk of the body and legs.
The exercises do not need many repetitions, since its main purpose is to increase and develop abdominal strength as well as improving flexibility and blody alignement.
